Our  Lingerie is carefully handcrafted and tailor-made for you. Production and delivery take around 4 weeks. Insured shipping with DHL or DPD.

If  You do not receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information within 4 weeks of placing your order,  you can  feel free to contact us.

Other EU: 4-6 weeks. Insured shipping with DHL.

14-day right of return

Zauber Lingerie has a 14-day money-back guarantee on your webshop order (excluded products, see below). Please return your product in the original packaging with tracking within 14 days of receiving the goods (validity is determined by the postmark/shipping confirmation of the return).

After the 14 day period has passed, we can no longer accept returns!

The return shipping costs must be borne by the customer. We recommend returning the item with tracking - as we can only refund goods that have already been received.

All articles must unworn, unwashed and with all labels included, otherwise we cannot refund. If they are returned dirty, we can offer cleaning for which we will have to charge.

Custom-made lingerie cannot be returned.

Return & Exchange Policy for Orders with Complimentary Gifts

1. Complimentary Items Are Non-Returnable

   • If your order includes a complimentary gift (e.g., the Amelie Nightwear Set), please note that these items are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Returns for Paid Items

   • If you choose to return any items from your order, the value of the complimentary gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
   • The price of the complimentary gift can be verified on our website (e.g., the Amelie Nightwear Set price listed at €XX).

3. Conditions for Refunds

   • Refunds will be processed for the remaining amount after deducting the cost of the complimentary gift.
   • Returned items must meet our general return policy criteria (e.g., unused, in original packaging).
